When you're the plaintiff in a medical malpractice suit it is very
important to hire an attorney. Most hospitals, clinics and doctors carry
insurance that covers injuries outside of what the hospital will cover.
The medical provider that you're suing is not going to help you win
your case. Its not plausible because they are going to receive increased
insurance premiums. The idea is to not award you any compensation at
all.
